It was a challenge deciding on what to feature first... there are so many musical things I love. And there's so many musicians I love here in Halifax! In the end, I decided to go with local homegirl Halifax-based storyteller, poet, and musician Tanya Davis.

Late Night Music

Last night I was playing some music with the beautiful Katie Feher (who has an AMAZING voice - I don't know why she wasn't singing more than I was!) and the wonderful amazing Brendan.

I don't know if it was the nostalgia of missing Halifax that made me want to play some Wintersleep, or just because Weighty Ghost is such a fun song to play with a group, but we played it! And recorded it.

The sound and video quality is obviously not top notch, and there are some missed notes, mistakes and whatnot... but it was fun! Hope you have fun listening to it :)
